This groups of catacombs, whose entrance is through a Paleochristian Church, one among the oldest in Sardinia, dates back to the 2nd C - 4th C a. D. and was created by early Christians from pre-existing Punic hypogea. Still visible are the archaeosolia frescoed with pictures of the Good Shepherd. |
